Recap: Haskell Indians vs. Munday Moguls
The Haskell Indians's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their eighth straight loss. They fell 50-41 to Munday. Haskell has struggled against Munday recently, as their game on Saturday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Munday's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jariyis Williams led the charge by dropping a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds. Williams set a new season high mark in blocks with four. Another player making a difference was Talan Collins, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Haskell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Munday, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.
Haskell will be home for the holidays to greet Albany at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Munday, they will head out on the road to face off against Electra at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
