There's no place like home for Permian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They took their match on Friday with ease, bagging an 80-53 victory over the Brownfield Cubs. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 26 points or more this season.

Permian's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points over those games. As for Brownfield, their loss ended a ten-game streak of away wins and brought them to 24-8.

Permian and Brownfield should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings.
