Basketball Recap: Keller Now 7-2 over Last Nine Games

Keller had won three straight home games and Steven Ramirez did his part to make it four on Tuesday. The Keller Indians took their matchup with ease, bagging a 76-38 win over the Northwest Texans thanks in part to Ramirez, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 13 points and eight rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games he's played.

The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Guerra, who posted seven points and three steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in steals.

Keller is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-11 record this season. As for Northwest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-19.

Keller will venture away from home to take on Bell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwest, they will welcome V.R. Eaton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Northwest is facing V.R. Eaton at the right time seeing as V.R. Eaton is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
