Chattahoochee County took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They blew past Schley County 75-55. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Chattahoochee County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Javen Tullis led the charge by going 7 for 12 en route to 16 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave Tullis a new career-high in points. Anazhon Purnell was another key player, putting up 12 points and five steals.
Meanwhile, Macon County waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They took down the Panthers 72-57.
Chattahoochee County better keep an eye on Joshua Fulks. He was instrumental in Macon County's win, dropping a double-double with 22 points and ten boards. Fulks is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Tarigee Collier, who posted 12 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals.
Macon County pushed their record up to 19-4 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 34.9% in those games and 25.1% outside of them. As for Chattahoochee County, they have been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.
Wednesday's contest will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Champ Simpson and Fulks. Simpson has been dynamite this season: he has averaged 23.1 points, 2.1 steals, and 6.4 boards. For his part, Fulks has averaged 17.1 points, 2 steals, and 7.7 rebounds on 56% shooting.
