            Baseball Recap: Wolverine Wildcats vs. Harbor Light Christian Swordsmen        
        
		
        
        
            Wolverine extended their losing streak  to five  on Friday, dropping their season record down to 1-6 in the process. They lost  10-4 to the Harbor Light Christian Swordsmen. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Swordsmen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  16-0  on Thursday.
As for Harbor Light Christian, their win was  their ninth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-2. Considering they have won ten matches by more than five  runs this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
For Harbor Light Christian's part,  Will Paulus was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Paulus has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in nine consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Vaughn Henagan, who  went 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI.
 Coming up, Wolverine will face off against Cedarville at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Harbor Light Christian, they have already played their next game,  a  12-1  victory against Cheboygan on the 10th.
