Baseball Recap: Glenbrook Takes a Loss

Glenbrook lost against Calvary Baptist Academy on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Glenbrook Apaches fell 7-3 to the Calvary Baptist Academy Cavaliers. The Apaches have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glenbrook saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Waller, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Waller is also on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now stolen at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Kleaton Davis also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Glenbrook's loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Calvary Baptist Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

While Glenbrook had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
