Basketball Recap: Legacy Longhorns vs. Sierra Vista Mountain Lions
Legacy and Sierra Vista squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Legacy had to settle for second. They came up short against the Sierra Vista Mountain Lions, falling 97-71. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Longhorns of the 70-34 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2016.
Sierra Vista got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was EJ Dacuma out in front who went 11-for-19 to rack up 27 points along with six boards and three steals.
