Thomas County Central had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 45-0 win over the Irwin County Indians. Considering the Yellow Jackets have won six contests by more than 20 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Thomas County Central didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Makiyah Morgan, Jaden Crews, and Qua'Mya Yearby picked up one apiece. Morgan got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Thomas County Central's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Irwin County, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
