Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cretin-Derham Hall). They walked away with an 85-76 win over the Park Center Pirates on Saturday. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 92nd, while the Pirates are ranked 235th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cretin-Derham Hall is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Park Center, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cretin-Derham Hall will challenge Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Park Center, they will host Maple Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Maple Grove's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
