Volleyball Recap: West Takes a Loss

West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Lawndale Cardinals. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

West's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Lawndale, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Coincidentally, West and Lawndale will both be playing El Rancho the next time they take the court. The Cardinals will head out to face the Dons at 6:15 a.m. on Saturday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 8:00 a.m.
