Football Recap: Osborne Takes a Loss

Osborne lost against Paulding County back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cardinals lost 34-14 to the Patriots. The Cardinals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-7.

Kj Clepper was nothing short of spectacular for Paulding County: he threw for 253 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.2% of his passes. Tooga Whatley was Clepper's top target, picking up 81 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

This is the second loss in a row for Osborne and nudges their season record down to 1-6. As for Paulding County, they picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-5.
