Basketball Recap: S & S Consolidated Comes Up Short

S & S Consolidated was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They were dealt a 91-23 loss at the hands of the Leonard Tigers. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-14.

Joe Orr was S & S Consolidated's leading scorer, having posted five points. Orr also led the team in assists with four. Donaven Gingras held things down on the boards with six rebounds.

S & S Consolidated's defeat dropped their record down to 1-21. As for Leonard, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

When S & S Consolidated and Leonard next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. S & S Consolidated will try to stop Pottsboro's seven-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Leonard will challenge Bells and their five-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
