Football Recap: Grundy County Yellowjackets vs. Meigs County Tigers

Grundy County and Meigs County squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Grundy County had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 49-12 loss at the hands of the Meigs County Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 296th, while the Tigers are ranked 138th).

Beau Robert threw for 45 yards and a touchdown. Manny Seado was his top target, picking up 61 receiving yards and two touchdowns. On the ground, Remi Rogers rushed for 33 yards.
