Softball Recap: New Kent Trojans vs. Smithfield Packers

New Kent can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. They blew past the Smithfield Packers 14-1. The win was familiar territory for New Kent who now have three in a row.

Amber Greiner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered one run (which was unearned) on three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in nine consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Sydney Eubank and Mariah Leonard did most of the damage at the plate: Eubank scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4, while Leonard scored three runs while going 3-for-4.
