Football Recap: Antelope Valley Takes a Loss

Antelope Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Highland Bulldogs, falling 35-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Antelopes of the 49-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Antelope Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Highland, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-4.

Antelope Valley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 41-7 defeat against Quartz Hill on the 24th. As for Highland, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 42-7 loss against Lancaster on the 23rd.
