Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Luther

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Luther walked away with it. They blew past the Richland Center Hornets 3-0 on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on three straight.

Luther walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 25-18.

Kayla Schiebel paced Luther's offense, picking up 12 kills. Schiebel got some help from Addie Schaper and her 37 assists. Audrey Clark controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Luther's victory bumped their record up to 19-10. As for Richland Center, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 24-15.

Coming up, Luther will be playing in front of their home fans against Aquinas at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Richland Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
