Mattoon entered their tilt with Richland County on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tigers. The Greenwave have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Mattoon not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Richland County between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-17.

Mattoon's win bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Richland County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.
