Softball Recap: Bloomington North Comes Up Short on the Road Against Edgewood

Bloomington North had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Edgewood Mustangs by a score of 7-5 on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Grayson Gill was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. Kendon Galligher was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

Coming up, Bloomington North will venture away from home to face off against Columbus East at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Edgewood, they will challenge Orleans at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
