Basketball Recap: Phillips' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Phillips came into Tuesday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Taft Eagles by a score of 63-56 on Tuesday.

The win got Phillips back to even at 12-12. As for Taft, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-16 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Phillips will square off against Lindblom at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lindblom is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.2 points per game this season. As for Taft, they will face off against Clark at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
