Basketball Recap: Ludlow Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Ludlow challenged Pendleton County on Monday. The Ludlow Panthers took a 57-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pendleton County Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 52-40 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.

Ludlow's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Pendleton County, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-13.

Looking ahead, Ludlow will host Conner at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pendleton County, they will face off against Raceland at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
