Basketball Recap: Mainland Buccaneers vs. Fleming Island Golden Eagles

The Mainland Buccaneers fell to the Fleming Island Golden Eagles 71-66. Despite the loss, Mainland saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kade Manley went 8 of 19 on his way to 20 points and three steals. Manley's afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Beegie Gordon, who went 5 for 9 en route to 14 points.
