Recap: Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs vs. Ridgeway Roadrunners

The Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs lost a heartbreaker when they last took the court, but unfortunately for them the loss they were handed on on Saturday was a bit more commanding. They suffered a tough 76-53 loss at the hands of Ridgeway. While losing is never fun, Raleigh-Egypt can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 99th, while Ridgeway is ranked 12th).

Emanuel Allen continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Ridgeway, dropping a double-double on 26 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Allen has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brian Carter Jr., who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds.

This is the second loss in a row for Raleigh-Egypt and nudges their season record down to 16-8. As for Ridgeway, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 19-5.

Raleigh-Egypt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Ridgeway also has no future games currently scheduled.
