Hillcrest Lutheran Academy managed to keep up with Detroit Lakes until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Comets lost 6-1 to the Lakers. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Mari Fjeldskaar, who's now up to six this season.

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Detroit Lakes, they pushed their record up to 6-5-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
