Basketball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Peaster's Eighth in Last Nine Outings

Peaster won the last time they faced Comanche and things went their way on Friday too. The Peaster Greyhounds took down the Comanche Indians 45-26. Given the Greyhounds' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 546th, while the Indians are ranked 1258th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Peaster is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points per game. As for Comanche, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-15.

Peaster will welcome Breckenridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Comanche, they will head out to face off against Tolar at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
