Softball Recap: Oberlin Comes Up Short

Oberlin lost against Keystone back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Phoenix lost 18-1 to the Wildcats. The Phoenix have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oberlin saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ziaire Williams, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Oberlin's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Keystone, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Oberlin is set to square off against their familiar foe Black River at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Keystone will face off against rival Clearview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
