On Friday, Dutch Fork faced River Bluff in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Dutch Fork Silver Foxes took their contest with ease, bagging a 55-27 victory over the River Bluff Gators. The Silver Foxes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 21 points or more this season.

Justus Bell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double with 19 points and ten boards. Caleb Garner was another key player, putting up ten points.

Dutch Fork was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as River Bluff only racked up two assists.

Yasir Cromer and Cooper Jones certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Cromer went 6-for-15 en route to 20 points, while Jones posted two points and nine rebounds. The game was Cromer's fourth in a row with at least 17 points.

The win was the sixth in a row for Dutch Fork, bringing their record for this year to 20-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.5 points over those games. As for River Bluff, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-7.

Dutch Fork didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 73-67 loss against Clover on the 19th. As for River Bluff, they have also already played their next match, a 68-59 victory against Mauldin on the 19th.
