Basketball Recap: Mohawk Comes Up Short

Mohawk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Colonel Crawford Eagles and fell 58-31. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 563rd, while the Eagles are ranked 89th).

Mohawk's record is now 3-9. As for Colonel Crawford, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mohawk will welcome Carey at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Colonel Crawford, they will be playing at home against Upper Sandusky at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
