Soccer Game Preview: Mountain Heritage vs. Hendersonville + How To Watch

Mountain Heritage hasn't had much luck against Hendersonville recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the Bearcats at 6:45 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Mountain Heritage's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Avery County. Even though Mountain Heritage got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Felipe Procopio was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

Procopio was the driving force of Mountain Heritage's attack as he scored both of Mountain Heritage's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hendersonville). They blew past Avery County 9-0 on Wednesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Hendersonville needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Hendersonville's record is now 7-8-1. As for Mountain Heritage, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-11-1.
