Windsor Charter Academy put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Summit Tigers 73-46. With the Firebirds ahead 41-21 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Windsor Charter Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Andrew Schams, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 12 boards. Those 12 rebounds gave Schams a new career-high. Dayton Long was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 16 points and nine boards.

Windsor Charter Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive games.

When it comes to explaining why Summit lost, don't look at Danny Romero. Despite the final result, he shot 63% from the field to rack up 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cesar Lozano, who posted 14 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds.

Windsor Charter Academy's record is now 4-0.

Windsor Charter Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 78-46 win against Bayfield on the 13th. As for Summit, they have also already played their next matchup, a 63-46 victory against Moffat County on the 12th.
