After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Patrick Henry, Freeman was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the J.R. Tucker Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Mavericks haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.
Freeman's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for J.R. Tucker, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Freeman will challenge rival Hermitage at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, J.R. Tucker is set to take on their familiar foe Maggie Walker at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
