Softball Recap: Trinity Hillers vs. Connellsville Falcons
After flying high against Peters Township on Wednesday, Trinity came back down to earth. The Hillers fell just short of the Connellsville Falcons by a score of 5-3 on Friday. The Hillers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 7-6.
Trinity now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Connellsville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-3.
Coming up, Trinity is taking a road trip to square off against Bethel Park at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
