Soccer Recap: Marion County Takes a Loss

Marion County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to Bledsoe County. If Marion County was looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to Bledsoe County when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Marion County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Bledsoe County, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marion County will head out to take on Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bledsoe County, they will venture away from home to square off against Sale Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sale Creek will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bledsoe County surely won't give up without a fight.
