Soccer Game Preview: Fremont vs. Harbor Teacher

The Fremont Pathfinders will face off against the Harbor Teacher Monarchs at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Harbor Teacher took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Fremont, who comes in off a win.

Fremont is headed into the game having not lost since November 21 and will look to keep things rolling. They had just enough and edged Locke out 2-1.

Meanwhile, Harbor Teacher was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to Foshay. While losing is never fun, the Monarchs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1171st, while the Wolverines are ranked 290th).

Fremont's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three matches. As for Harbor Teacher, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-10.
