Softball Recap: Jordan Ward Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Northeastern

Holmes had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 15-run drubbing they dealt Northeastern on Tuesday. The Holmes Aces never let the Northeastern Eagles get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The Aces haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Holmes got a big performance out of Jordan Ward, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Sara Logan Cobb, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
