Football Game Preview: Madison Golden Knights vs. Midwood Hornets

The Madison Golden Knights will face off against the Midwood Hornets at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Madison's offense might be in the hot seat on Saturday considering what happened against Frank J. Macchiarola on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Sharks and fell 34-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Golden Knights were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Midwood slipped by McKee Vo-Tech/Staten Island Tech 21-20 on Sunday.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Madison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Madison came out on top in a nail-biter against Midwood in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 22-20. Will the Golden Knights repeat their success, or do the Hornets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
