Preview: Noble & Greenough vs. Belmont Hill
Noble & Greenough may have come out ahead in their last matchup, but they shouldn't get too cocky given who is up next. On Saturday they will take on Belmont Hill at 2:00 PM. Noble & Greenough will really need to gear up for this challenge, as Belmont Hill will be their toughest opponent yet.
Noble & Greenough might be getting used to good results now that the squad has four wins in a row. They made easy work of Roxbury Latin last Saturday and carried off a 42-21 win.
As for Belmont Hill, they had a rough outing against Buckingham Browne & Nichols three weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Belmont Hill took their contest against Milton Academy by a conclusive 33-8 score. The rankings were on Belmont Hill's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.
Their wins bumped Belmont Hill to 2-2 and Noble & Greenough to 4-0. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
