Soccer Game Preview: West Creek vs. Springfield

The West Creek Coyote will face off against the Springfield Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (West Creek has three straight victories, Springfield has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

On Tuesday, West Creek was able to grind out a solid win over Northwest, taking the game 3-1.

The Coyote hit the Vikings with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Antonio Cowan, Kayden Cote, and Romeo Sanchez.

Meanwhile, Springfield came up short against White House on Thursday, falling 5-1. Springfield were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 1-10-2. As for West Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5-1.

West Creek beat Springfield 3-1 when the teams last played back in April of 2023. Do the Coyote have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Yellow Jackets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
