Baseball Recap: Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES vs. Central Columbia Bluejays
There's no place like home for Mount Carmel, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the Central Columbia Bluejays by a score of 9-6 on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-2 on April 11th.
Noah Shimko looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances.
