Parkside came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They managed a 62-57 victory over the Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Colby Murphy was his usual excellent self, putting up 25 points. Jerron Joseph was another key player, earning 14 points.

Parkside pushed their record up to 9-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Friendship Collegiate Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.

Parkside has already played their next game, a 60-56 victory against St. Anselm's Abbey on the 18th. As for Friendship Collegiate Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 56-31 defeat against Southern Maryland Christian Academy on the 17th.
