Camp Point Central put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Pleasant Hill/Western Wolves, posting a 60-8 victory. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 52-0.

Leading Camp Point Central to victory were Curtis Rigg and Kale Niekamp. Rigg rushed for 124 yards and one touchdown, while Niekamp rushed for 33 yards and one TD. Rigg showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 60 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Fowler, who rushed for 69 yards and one score.

Camp Point Central's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Pleasant Hill/Western, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Coming up, Camp Point Central will venture away from home to face off against North Greene at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pleasant Hill/Western, they will welcome Routt Catholic/Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
