Basketball Recap: Reedy Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Reedy had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 64-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prosper Eagles. The Lions were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in December of 2021.

When it comes to explaining why Reedy lost, don't look at Joshua Johnson. Despite the final result, he posted 20 points and seven boards. Johnson's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. Ricky Chavero was another key player, putting up ten points.

Prosper now has a winning record of 2-1.

Reedy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 73-58 victory against Anna on the 20th. As for Prosper, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 59-48 defeat against Braswell on the 20th.
