Discovery entered their tilt with Bert Corona Charter on Monday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 26-16 margin over the Knights. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by ten runs or more this season.

Discovery pushed their record up to 9-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.3 runs over those games. As for Bert Corona Charter, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Looking ahead, Discovery will be playing in front of their home fans against Triumph Charter at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bert Corona Charter, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Valor Academy at 2:00 p.m. Valor Academy has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.7 runs per game on average), something Bert Corona Charter will no doubt try to take advantage of.
