            Volleyball Recap: Wooster Colts vs. Truckee Wolverines        
        
		
        
        
            If Wooster was feeling good  fresh off their  3-0 takedown of Debbie Smith CTE Academy on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Colts lost  3-0 to the Truckee Wolverines on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  on October 7th.
 The final score came out to 25-14, 25-19,  25-19.
 Yaneth Santiago paced Wooster's offense, picking up five kills. Santiago got some help from  Madeline Crews and her ten assists.
  Zoe Jackson had a dynamite game For Truckee.,  getting 16  digs and three  aces. Jackson is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 14 or more in each of the last six games she's  played.
Wooster's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Truckee, the  win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 23-6.
 The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Wooster will head out to  face off against Churchill County  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Truckee, they will challenge Elko at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Wolverines are facing the Indians at the right time seeing as the Indians are stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
