Basketball Game Preview: Velva Aggies vs. Glenburn Panther

The Velva Aggies will square off against the Glenburn Panther at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Velva has now lost 13 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 3.

Last Friday, Velva came up short against Bishop Ryan and fell 44-31.

Meanwhile, Glenburn also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood by a score of 56-48. The Panther have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Velva's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Glenburn, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.

Velva didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Glenburn when the teams last played back in January of 2024, but they still walked away with a 62-58 win. Will Velva repeat their success, or does Glenburn have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
