Volleyball Recap: Minooka Victorious

Minooka saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Prospect Knights by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Kendall Kozak paced Minooka's offense, picking up eight kills. Kozak really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 11. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Minooka's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Prospect, their loss dropped their record down to 1-2.

Minooka's road trip will continue as they head out to face Oak Park-River Forest at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Prospect, they will take on Hersey at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
