Football Recap: Arapahoe Wins High-Profile Game Against Grandview + How To Watch

Arapahoe faced Grandview in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Warriors snuck past the Wolves with a 21-17 win. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arapahoe to victory, but perhaps none more so than Theo Lee, who threw for 110 yards and two touchdowns. Lee's passing game has become a key predictor of the Warriors' success: the team is 2-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise. Arapahoe was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 203 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Grandview lost, don't look at Chris Blanks. Despite the final result, he rushed for 141 yards and one score. With that strong performance, Blanks is now averaging an impressive 101.7 rushing yards per game.
