Basketball Recap: San Tan Foothills Takes a Loss

San Tan Foothills lost against ALA - Ironwood back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The San Tan Foothills Sabercats fell 57-46 to the ALA - Ironwood Warriors. The Sabercats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

It was another big night for Noah Adkins, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 boards for ALA - Ironwood. Adkins' evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Steven Hunter Ll was another key player, putting up 11 points and five rebounds.

San Tan Foothills' loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for ALA - Ironwood, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

San Tan Foothills wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 69-44 defeat against Gilbert Christian on the 15th. As for ALA - Ironwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-47 loss against Benjamin Franklin on the 16th.
