Softball Recap: Canon City Tigers vs. Liberty Lancers
If Canon City was riding high off their 18-1 takedown of Dolores Huerta Prep last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Canon City Tigers came up short against the Liberty Lancers on Friday, falling 15-6.
Addison Arnold made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 1-for-1. The team also got some help courtesy of Cammi Leis, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

As for Liberty, they will head out to square off against Pueblo East at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Liberty is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.
