Volleyball Recap: Alamo Heights Comes Up Short on the Road Against Davenport

Alamo Heights had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Davenport Wolves, falling 3-0. The Mules haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-9, 25-16.

Charlie Voss paced Alamo Heights' offense, picking up ten kills. Voss got some help from Haley Reno and her ten assists.

Davenport found their leader in sophomore Kylie Dahl, who had ten assists and nine digs.

Coincidentally, Alamo Heights and Davenport will both be playing Steele the next time they take the court. The Mules will host the Knights at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wolves will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
