Wasilla posted their biggest victory since February 16, 2024 on Tuesday. They blew past the Mountain City Christian Academy Lions 62-39. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Mountain City Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Darian Igwacho, who posted nine points and three blocks. Those three blocks gave Igwacho a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaidhen Oyao, who went 6 for 14 en route to 13 points.

Wasilla's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8. As for Mountain City Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Wasilla wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 65-46 victory against Kodiak on the 31st. Mountain City Christian Academy has also already played their next contest, a 60-58 defeat against Grace Christian on the 31st.
